Additional information can be found at www.apria.com.   JOB SUMMARY Clinical Service Technicians (CSTs) at Apria improve the quality of life for our patients at home by delivering, setting up, and instructing patients on the use of medical equipment (e.g., respiratory supplies, oxygen equipment, hospital beds, wheelchairs, etc.) in their homes and care facilities. CSTs must have and maintain a valid commercial driver license (CDL) with hazardous materials endorsement.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Pick up and deliver medical equipment and oxygen to patients in their homes. - Assemble, set up, inspect, and test equipment, and instruct patients and caregivers on basic operation and maintenance in accordance with state licensing limitations, - Complete paperwork relating to deliveries, pick-ups, testing and equipment checks, repairs, vehicle inspections, etc. - Load and unload company vehicles with medical equipment and oxygen. - Operate both non-commercial (<10,000 lbs GVW and carrying a combination of oxygen less than 1,001 lbs) and commercial (10,000 lbs to 26,000 lbs GVW or carrying any combination of oxygen 1,001 lbs or greater) vehicles. - Perform daily vehicle inspections and check for gasoline, oil and fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes. - May help guide and train less experienced Technicians. - May be required to clean, disinfect and assist with equipment repairs. - May be required to work after-hours and on an on-call basis. - Successfully complete all required safe driving programs, abide by applicable motor vehicle laws and ordinances, and demonstrate safe driving practices at all times throughout employment. - Maintain valid licenses and endorsements required for the position. - Other duties as assigned.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - N/A

Maintains files on all equipment. - Acts as back-up to delivery employees when necessary.  - May deliver equipment to home healthcare patients.  - May set up and instruct patients on the basic use of their medical equipment, as approved or allowed by local and state licensure limitations.  - Assists patients in solving problems regarding equipment use. - May perform other delivery duties as assigned. - Performs other duties as required.

PSTs must have and maintain a valid commercial driver license (CDL) with hazardous materials endorsement.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Deliver and pick up medical equipment and oxygen at patient homes. - Assemble, set up, inspect, and test equipment and instruct patients and caregivers on basic operation and maintenance in accordance with state licensing limitations. - Complete paperwork relating to deliveries, pick-ups, testing and equipment checks, repairs, vehicle inspections, etc. - Load and unload company vehicles with medical equipment and oxygen. - Operate both non-commercial (<10,000 lbs GVW and carrying a combination of oxygen less than 1,001 lbs) and commercial (10,000 lbs to 26,000 lbs GVW or carrying any combination of oxygen 1,001 lbs or greater) vehicles. - Perform daily vehicle inspections and check for gasoline, oil and fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes. - May be required to clean, disinfect and assist with equipment repairs. - May be required to work after-hours and on an on-call basis. - Successfully complete all required safe driving programs, abide by applicable motor vehicle laws and ordinances, and demonstrate safe driving practices at all times throughout employment. - Maintain valid licenses and endorsements required for the position. - Other duties as assigned.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - N/A

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Answer incoming patient and referral source calls received at the local branch related to new orders, and ongoing patient service needs such as troubleshooting, order status and other general inquiries. - Complete outbound calls to patient and referral sources regarding order receipt confirmation, documentation requirements, insurance benefits, patient scheduling, order status and patient Wellness Calls. - Review incoming faxed orders and determine action to be taken. - Collaborate with back-office qualification teams to facilitate timely processing of orders. - Partners with Sales team to obtain complete and accurate documentation based on payor and other regulatory requirements. - Greets and supports walk in customers. - May assist with coordination of patient Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) classes, including assembly of paperwork instructions and other non-licensed activities as defined by policy. - May conduct downloads of recording devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, CPAP devices, and other respiratory equipment as directed. - Handle requests for audit and documentation purposes. - Collect payment and billing information as needed. - Order inventory or office supplies. - Performs other duties as required.  SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - N/A
