This position will be responsible for one or multiple areas related to identifying opportunities, new programs/products/services or expanding core business, assisting in developing sales growth opportunities, monitoring sales trends, analyzing sales data, working on sales compensation, CRM or territory deployment and/or developing tools and improving system efficiencies within the Sales Operations department. This is a more advanced role than an analyst the big difference is working independently with only some guidance and helping other associates and analyst in their work. An ideal candidate is highly motivated, problem solver with great technical skills, and ability to succinctly communicate results with senior leadership. They are expected to work independently and/or with other associates & analysts in the department.
