    JOB SUMMARY

    This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of training programs focused on operational workflows and initiatives, system processes, and company policies and procedures

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develops and oversees the execution of training programs focused on operational workflows and initiatives, system processes, and company policies and procedures.
    • Assists multiple levels of operations management with the more complex issues and technical problems, as well as identification of training needs within Markets and functional areas.
    • Assesses training and development needs, measures results, and recommends effective training solutions. 
    • Works closely with corporate technical and operational staff during the development of training programs to ensure accurate content and delivery.
    • Ensures quality and timely delivery of program/operations-related materials.
    • Supports enterprise project development via call attendance or assigning resource to support.
    • Oversees the scheduling of training staff at appropriate field locations as applicable.
    • Validates that training is conducted effectively and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
    • Identifies resource requirements and ensures that assigned resources are involved as required to meet program/initiative objectives.
    • Manages program/initiative communications to ensure both support staff and stakeholders are fully informed throughout the course of the project.
    • Leads support effort for Market Operations Support Trainers (MOST) and serves as key resource between MOST and corporate staff
    • Responsible for hiring, development, performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff.
    • Ensures project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • This position manages all management of the department and is responsible for the performance management, hiring, and discipline of management within the department.

    Minimum Required Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Education and/or Experience

    • Education or experience equivalent to a four-year college degree is required.
    • At least eight years related experience is required.

     PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.  It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.  Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
