    JOB SUMMARY

    Business Solution managers are responsible for implementing revenue management’s system or business related enhancements. Managers take a leadership role in managing tasks related to the implementing the enhancement to production system environments. They collaborate with the project’s business owner to identify and document business requirements, assist in identifying the business benefits and engage other departments to assess the impact of the enhancement. This position plays a leadership role in representing the business for IT support during the development and testing stages of the enhancement. They lead and guide the business solution analyst on project related tasks.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Designs and creates business requirements for new system enhancements.
    • Coordinates revenue cycle enhancements with internal and external customers.
    • Prepares Return on Investments (ROI) against new projects.
    • Works with Information Systems Department through all levels of design, testing and user acceptance testing of system enhancements.
    • Works with business leaders in developing performance metric/goals during and through implementation period.
    • Coordinates with Training Design and Development team on supporting documentation.
    • Maintains a thorough understanding and strong knowledge of related information including current system applications, operational practices and industry standards.
    • Performs other duties as required.

    Minimum Required Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Education and/or Experience

    • High school diploma is required.
    • Five years of related experience is required.

     Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

    • Proficient knowledge of Apria Business process
    • Proficient knowledge of Apria Business systems and workflow to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions

    • Advance skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Word

     Language Skills

    • English (reading, writing, verbal).

     Mathematical Skills

    • College level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.  It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.  Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
