    Business Solution Analyst are responsible managing task related to implementing small revenue management enhancement projects and assist Business Solution Managers in large multi-threaded revenue management projects. These tasks consist of gathering the business requirements, support to IT business analyst during development and testing, facilitating a user acceptance test (UAT), support to process content and training, prepare enhancement scenarios and data.



    • Assist in documenting the enhancement business requirements
    • Support IT during the the development and testing of the enhancement.
    • Assist business defining performance metric/goals during and through implementation period
    • Support Process Content and Training teams on documentation and training of the enhancement.
    • Collaborate/Assit on large complex project with RM Business Solution Managers to;
      • Identify the Return on Investment (ROI) against new projects
      • Research other solution options
      • Identify other departments that may be impacted by the enhancement
      • Prepare enhancement related scenarios
    • Maintains a thorough understanding and strong knowledge of related information including current system applications, operational practices and industry standards.

    Minimum Required Qualifications



    Education and/or Experience

    • High school diploma is required.
    • Two years of related experience is required. 


    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

    • N/A



    • Proficient knowledge of Apria Business process.
    • Proficient knowledge of Apria Business systems and workflow to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions.
    • Ability to support the Joint Application Sessions (JAD) and User Accepted Testing (UAT) facilitator
    • Ability to assess and analyze opportunities in existing business processes.
    • Proficient in current legal and regulatory requirements affecting assigned areas of the business.
    • Ability to drill into a request to document “true business need” to result in clear business user requirements through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business and industry requirements.
    • Ability to write clear business user requirements and translate into workflow.
    • Desire to know and ask ‘Why’: know the business case and assess the business value behind it.
    • Ability to work effectively, independently, and as part of a team.


    Computer Skills

    • Basic skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Word


    Language Skills

    • English (reading, writing, verbal).


    Mathematical Skills

    • Basic level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.
