This position is responsible for delivery and management of leadership development programs and training strategies, with some focus on design, evaluation, inspection and analysis.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, proven coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
Excellent project management, problem solving and measurement/analysis capabilities.
Works independently with minimal supervision.

The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision. Must be able to travel by plane and automobile (if applicable).
