    Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, reporting and analysis across the organization




    • Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations regarding more complex financial plans, trended outlooks and forecasts.
    • Own entire P&L for one or more large functional areas (Corporate, Support teams, operating branches).
    • Lead annual budget and rolling monthly forecast process for respective functional area. Includes establishing timelines, cross-functional department partnership and summarizing outcomes in Board of Director level ready fashion.
    • Develop annual planning guidance and branch level profitability analysis.
    • Produce monthly reporting packages with strategic, forward-thinking insights for respective functional area.
    • Act as finance lead on modeling for new product launches, investment opportunities and forward-looking scenario analysis.       Includes creation of presentation and recommendations on findings.
    • Conduct “what-if” and sensitivity analysis in support modeling activities.
    • May provide direction to less experienced financial analysts.

    Minimum Required Qualifications



    Education and/or Experience

    • Four-year college degree is required
    • A minimum of four year’s progressive business experience required.


    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

    • N/A

    • Ability to tear apart a complex problem, understand what is going on, put it all back together and ultimately communicate succinctly with senior leadership.
    • High sense of customer service both internally and externally
    • An eye for continual process improvement
    • Taking a project from start to finish and then presenting and summarizing outcome in an executive lens format
    • Ability to see the big picture and see things from a strategic perspective
    • Natural curiosity
    • Self-directed. Ability to dig in without being asked.

     Computer Skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced proficiency with MS Excel and preferably MS PowerPoint
    • Background in budget/forecast systems (Hyperion, TM1)


    Language Skills

    • English (reading, writing, verbal)

     Mathematical Skills

    • College level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data
    • Familiarity with statistics metrics (mean, mode, average, weight-averages).


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (only include Preferred Qualifications if needed)


    Education and/or Experience

    • A major in Finance or Accounting preferred


    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

    • Designation such as MBA, CPA or CMA a plus



    • Healthcare background a plus
