JOB SUMMARY

The National Logistics Support Analyst will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.  Most importantly, this position provides above and beyond communication with our patients/customers so that they feel heard, understood, valued and more connected with Apria. Key responsibilities for creating a positive, customer/patient-centric environment include:

 

  • Evangelize our disgruntled customers and turn them into our biggest fans.
  • Support our Field teams, Operations and Sales, by delivering timely feedback that empowers our teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Critically problem-solve common complaints by flagging trends and partnering cross-functionally to recommend and implement preventative measures.
  • Proactively create a better customer/patient experience.
  • Be a champion of the employee experience and drive our unique company culture.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee programs that nurture our company's core values to engage employees and create a positive culture.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Performs Standard Route Maintenance:
    • Add new setups to TP daily, complete requested changes, complete Pickups weekly.
  • Maintain ongoing solutions to maximize field efficiency and drive down OPS cost.
  • New Territory Planning Solutions (Scrub data, update ACIS, create call lists)
  • Assist with closures, convert to depot and relocation/consolidations.
  • Maintain Zip Code Service Areas and BUSA.
  • Support field/OPS with any Roadnet related issues to include admin updates.
  • Researches asset recovery opportunities and resolves with field and/or customer outreach.
  • Investigate and track asset exchange trends on high value/ high volume products and expedite resolution.
  • Work with Field/OPS/Distribution centers to develop and update product resource materials.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Education or experience to a four-year college degree is required.
  • At least five years of related experience is required.

Computer Skills

  • Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Language Skills

  • English (reading, writing, verbal)

 

Mathematical Skills

  • Intermediate level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
